![]() Under questioning, he said he prosecuted only five cases in about 20 years as a volunteer assistant solicitor, an unpaid position. Prosecutors questioned Murdaugh about his ties to law enforcement, focusing on a badge he was given by the local solicitor and blue lights typically used by police that he installed on his own car. Nevertheless, Murdaugh continued to say that he didn't dispute that he took money that wasn't his or that he misled clients, but he never quite provided any details. Murdaugh's attorney quickly rebutted with "Your honor, asked and answered three times" to laughter from the courtroom. "But you can't recall for this jury one of these people, looking them in the eye while you lied to them? You can't recall a single one? I've asked you this three times now." "You have said that 100 times," Waters said in response to Murdaugh's again saying he didn't dispute his allegations. Murdaugh continued to fall back on lines that were similar to one another and that tended to include the sentence, "I don't dispute it." The former attorney would never admit exactly what he did, however. He alleged that Murdaugh could never quite recall specifics about how he misled or stole money from his clients. When CBS hires someone who has a clue on audio normalization, I’ll be happy to return to this app.Prosecutor Creighton Waters grew increasingly frustrated as his questioning about Murdaugh's financial crimes continued. But frankly I’d rather put up with that than the terrible audio nightmare that is the CBS News Radio app. I wish I did not have to as the other app spends more time asking for donations than actually delivering news to my ears. I conclusion, I have decided to ditch this app and go back to another news app to get my news while I drive. With the amount of time I was putting into the volume control, I may as well have been texting and driving or something just as dangerous. I quickly realized that this was actually causing a major distraction in my driving. Every time the story would change from one narration to the next, I either could not hear the speaker at all or the sound would blow my ears out. The result was a constant battle with the volume control. When I did try this app out, I spent a full week trying to see how it would fare as a primary news app while I am on the road as a truck driver. ![]() Volume issues with this app are a nightmare in my vehicle. CBS apparently has no clue what audio normalization is. however at this time I absolutely cannot stand to listen to this app. This app had the potential to be one of my favorite apps for any mobile device.
